1. Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in this document carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — The ade77 website and all services connected to it.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who uses the platform through a registered account on ade77.
• "Company" — The entity that operates ade77.
• "Bonus" — Any incentive, cash reward, or free credit offered by the Company.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — The identity verification process.

Where the singular is used in these terms, it includes the plural and vice versa. Where the word "includes" is used, it is illustrative and not restrictive.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on ade77 and participate in any games or betting activities, you must be at least 21 years old. The use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. The Company may request valid identification for age verification at any time.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same device, IP address, or identity is strictly prohibited. If such a situation is detected, all associated accounts may be suspended or closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information at Registration

When creating an account, you are required to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure. If any information changes, the user must notify the Company promptly.

2.4 KYC Verification

ade77 may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. This process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawal facilities may be temporarily suspended until KYC is completed.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

• Keep your password secure and unique, and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.
• Do not save your login credentials on public or shared devices.
• Transferring or selling your account is prohibited.

The Company will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of an account, unless it is proven that such loss was directly caused by the Company's own fault.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ade77 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). The Company reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Process & Timeframe

Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, if KYC verification is incomplete or a security review is required, processing may take additional time. For bank transfers, the bank's own processing time may also apply.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
• The wagering requirement for any bonus must be fully completed.
• The account must be fully verified.
• The withdrawal amount must correspond to actual deposits and winnings in the account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositing members at ade77 are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 or more gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), applied only on the bonus amount (not on the deposit and bonus combined). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified at the time of the offer.
• No other bonus may be claimed while one bonus is active, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are not withdrawable as cash — only winnings after wagering is completed are withdrawable.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled.

6. Fair Play Policy

• Unauthorized access to or hacking of another member's account.

• Fraudulent coordination with other users (collusion).
• Abuse of the platform's bonus system.
• Conducting transactions using a false identity or false information.
• Impersonating a Company employee or representative.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ade77 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, game content, and other materials — is the intellectual property of the Company or its respective licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

11.2 Closure or Suspension by the Company

The Company may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of the terms and conditions.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Prolonged inactivity.
• Instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.
